ABOUT US
CHF AIMS ~ to support the following when necessary:
a) the acquisition of fine art items and decorative art items of regional and national interest for local museums in Leicestershire, Rutland, Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire.
b) the restoration of county pride in the conservation of heritage items in the four counties through liaison with
church organisations regarding church paintings, memorials, wood carving, silver, textiles etc., of importance, and English Heritage and county history groups, regarding archaeology, war memorials, gardens, landscape, and the return of things to a place of origin.
c) the sponsorship of artistic and craft skills of living artists and craftsmen in the four counties, particularly in the area of conservation.
